All evidence will be provided to the other party. Users agree not to carry out chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals without first consulting our support team.

Refund Policy

Website Design Services

1. Description of Services

SMM7 offers a variety of website design services (“Services”) including but not limited to: graphic design, web development, UX/UI design, mobile website design, and e-commerce design. We strive to provide high-quality services that meet your business or personal needs.

2. Provision of Services

When you agree to receive Services from SMM7, we will work closely with you to understand your requirements and preferences. We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, according to the specifications and timeframe agreed upon.

3. Proposals and Quotes

Any proposal or quote for Services given by SMM7 is a mere estimate. Prices are subject to change based on changes to the scope of work, unforeseen complications, and additional services requested by the client. Any quote provided by SMM7 is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will have ownership of the final website design. However, SMM7 retains ownership of all original artwork and design elements. SMM7 grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the final website design for your personal or business use. You may not use the design or any element of it for other purposes without obtaining written consent from SMM7.

5. Changes and Revisions

SMM7 understands that clients may request changes and revisions to the website design. Our service includes a set number of revision rounds, as specified in the individual proposal. Any revisions beyond this will incur additional fees at SMM7’s standard hourly rate. All revision requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, you will pay SMM7 for the Services based on the payment schedule in the Service proposal. You are responsible for all costs and expenses related to the Services, including any taxes and fees.

7. Disclaimer

SMM7 does not guarantee that the Services will meet your exact requirements or that the operation of your website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the website is with you.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SMM7 be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of the provision of the Services, even if SMM7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for Services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all Services performed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of this agreement will be venued in courts located within the UAE.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to be bound by all past, current, and future terms and conditions of this agreement.
